Mother's Day

Celebrating Motherhood...  What does this look like for you?  Cuppa in bed? Breakfast in bed? Kids cooking up a storm?  mini beauty pamper at home? flowers from the garden?

As a mother of two teenage girls we never stop giving, we never stop listening, we are someone they turn too for advice, to laugh, cry and vent too... I don't think it matters what age your children are, we are still always there for them, we are only a phone call away if we can't be there in person.  The picture attached to this blog is from 2013 when they were still pretty young and didn't have such strong minded opinions..

Mum's wear soooo many hats everyday.  When children are small we try to give them a routine, we love to give lots of cuddles and kisses, amongst this will be much laughter and some tears, bathtime and bubbles, play and adventure, sleep, dreams and imagination.  We help them create, learn to cook, experiment, read and write.  Quite often we live in absolute chaos and the craziness of the busy day.  We nurture our children and give them so much love and comfort.

Do your children ever ask "how are you"?, "what have you been doing"?  In my household these are very rare questions.  Fingers crossed this changes one day!

This year Mothers Day will be very different for many Australians, especially in Western Australia where we have regional boarders in place for COVID-19.  If you don't live in the same region then at this stage you won't see your Mum or Nana to share a cuppa with.

Some Mum's will receive a homemade gift, bunch of flowers, a bought gift or nothing less than some unconditional love?  All of which are just perfect..

We have a GIVEAWAY to win one of our insulated bags on offer, THE GIVEAWAY FINISHES AT 5PM TODAY.  Go back to the original post of Facebook or Instagram to enter.  You can treat your Mum or yourself and we can post direct to the person who is to receive this beautiful multi purpose gift.

All our bags and sandals can make a thoughtful and useful Mothers Day gift, we also have gift vouchers available too for anyone who can't decide.  All orders this week will be express posted at no extra cost.

Wishing all our gorgeous and multi tasking Mum's a beautiful day next Sunday and we hope you have a day where someone you love unconditionally is kind, thoughtful and helpful to you... and remember to take the time to thank your Mum for being there for you.
